Before you email β€” quick answers

My result looks lower than my plan. Is the test broken?
Usually not β€” Wi-Fi, busy devices and peak-hour congestion are the common causes. Try the steps in our accuracy guide before writing in.
Where is my test history stored?
Only in your own browser's local storage. We can't see it, restore it or delete it for you β€” clearing your browser data removes it.
Can I embed the NetStartr test on my website?
